Ridge Summit Observations

Prairie breaking is in order at present.

Quite a number have planted potatoes.

Loren Ferrin attended court last week.

J. E. Wright is proud of a baby girl at his house.

Wheat never looked better at this time of year.

Lewis Neilson lost a last spring calf during the storm.

Rumor has it that Miss Hattie Baker will start for Iowa this week.

Albert Boyer is done sowing barley. There will be considerable sowed in the neighborhood.

Two Misses Browns, sisters of Mrs. W. A. Meals arrived last week from Pennsylvania. They will make their home with W. A. Meals.

G. A. Poppleton was in the neighborhood Saturday gathering up all the dogs that were to be given away. He reports the grey wolves bad in his neighborhood.
