Smith - Snell

Charles D. Smith and Miss Edith Ona Snell were united in marriage in Protection on Wednesday, December 24, Rev. J. F. Ragsdale of the Protection M. E. church officiating. The bride and groom are well and favorable known in and about Protection. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Snell and has lived in or near Protection all her life. She is a very deserving young lady. The groom's parents live on the former Wolfe farm, about 8 miles north of Protection. He is a young man of good habits and is well liked by all his acquaintances and friends. The Star extends good wishes.
