The Western Star, February 9, 1906

DIED.

F. M. Truby died on Tuesday of this week at the home of his son, W. W. Truby, in Englewood, Kans. He had been sick only a few days. Deceased was born in Pennsylvania 77 years ago. For several years past his home had been at Sturgeon, Mo. A few months ago he came west on a visit with his sons, C. R. Truby of Protection and W. W. Truby of Englewood; also with a daughter in Englewood. These relatives were present at the time of death and on Wednesday they accompanied the remains to Sturgeon, Mo., for interment by the side of the wife and mother, who died a few years ago.
