Mrs. Livonia Richardson Wells

Livonia Richardson was born near Woodstock, N. Y. on June 28, 1866. She married Willis Irving Wells in 1886 and moved to Norborne, Mo., and later to Hume, Mo., and Lincoln, Kans., then 2 years near Wilmore, Kansas, she moved to her present home near Aetna in 1906.

Three sons were born to their union, Gaylord C., of Siloam Springs, Ark., Ivon L., who preceded her in death during the World War and Vernon D., at Aetna. Her husband also passed away in 1920. Others surviving are two brothers, C. E. Richardson of Wilmore and H. R. Richardson of Baraboo, Wis., one half sister, Mrs. Grace Britton, Baraboo, Wis., and three half brothers, Willard, Oscar and Ray Richardson of Baraboo, Wis., and Chicago, Ill., and seven grandchildren.

She passed away at her home near Aetna 6 a.m. April 14, aged 71 years, 9 months and 16 days. Mrs. Wells was a wonderful mother and friend in all who knew her. Her sunny disposition and even temperament made her loved by all. She loved her home and home life but always had room in her heart for her friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her and her community is losing one of it's most beloved women.

Mrs. Wells had many friends in Wilmore and vicinity, who are deeply grieved by her death, and extend sympathy to the bereaved relatives.
