Edmund Albert Marshall

Edmund Albert Marshall (better known as Ed or Honey), 60, died at his home in Coldwater, March 26, 1987.

He was born to Andrew and Margaret Marshall July 7, 1926, in Taunton, Mass.

Marshall attended grade school through high school in Taunton before joining the army during World War II. He then served four years in the Navy.

He came to Wilmore in the early 1950's and worked for several people in the community. He married Louella Jones May 5, 1961 in Wilmore. To this union, two daughters, Margaret E. (Betsy) and Suzane M. (Suzy) were born.

He was a member of the Catholic Church in Ashland and was a 25 year member of the Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his daughters; Betsy Barber, Borger, Tex., and Suzy Trummel, Wichita; three sisters; Rose, Alice and Gloria; two brothers; Manuel and William; three grandchildren; Tamara Barber, Sara and Andrew Trummel; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He will always be remembered by his cheerful bearing and friendly manner.

Funeral was March 29, 1987 at the Hatfield-Prusa Mortuary, with interment at Wilmore Cemetery. Revs. Fay Thurman an Gib Clark officiated. Rev. Clark sang "Amazing Grace" and "The Lord's Prayer," accompanied by Fayette Blount, organist.

Pall bearers were Ray and Anthony Koehn, Roy Hoffman, Delbert Herd, Leroy Zielke, and Joe Sunderland.
