Died

Geo. B. Hixson, formerly of this county, died on July 17, at his home near Elreno, Okla., after lingering for some time with an attack of Bright's disease. He was about 44 years of age. A wife and two children are left to mourn the loss of a kind husband and father, and the community loses an honorable and and a good citizen.

His father, W. M. Hixson, now lives near Okarche, Okla. Mrs. P. Schneider of this city and Mrs. John Overocker of Medicine Hat, Canada, are sisters of the deceased.
