Funeral services for Mrs. DeWain Kimberly of this city who passed away in this county last Friday, were held in the Presbyterian church Sunday afternoon, February 3, at 2:30 p.m. and were in charge of the pastor, Rev. L. H. Gillham.

Mrs. Harold Herd and Mrs. Don Robinson sang "In the Garden" and "Under His Wing," accompanied on the organ by Mrs. E. H. Gregg.

The flower girls were Charla Richardson, Doris Klingensmith, Heather Alder and Gaye Lemon and the pallbearers were V. W. Seyfrit, Victor White, Allen Cline, Mort Newton, Kenneth Trummel and John Roley. Interment was in Crown Hill cemetery.

Obituary.

Alice Louise Finney, daughter of Walter and Ida Finney was born in Coldwater, Kans., January 25, 1919, and passed away in Comanche county, Kansas, February 1, 1957, at the age of 38 years and 7 days. She attended the Coldwater schools and was united in marriage with DeWain Kimberly in Greensburg, Kans., on July 31, 1938. To this union were born five children - Jeanette, Carol Ann, Ed, Jackie and Donnie, all of the home. Mrs. Kimberly was a member of the Presbyterian church in Coldwater.

Other survivors are the husband, her mother, Mrs. Ida Finney, of Coldwater; three sisters, Mrs. Oscar Carter of Tulsa, Okla., and Mrs. Roy Uselman and Mrs. Riley Stalcup of Coldwater; and five brothers, Lee, Leslie and Earl Finney of Coldwater, Carl Finney of Haviland and Robert Finney of Chico, Calif. Her father and one brother, Bill Finney, who was killed during World War II, preceded Mrs. Kimberly in death.

The sorrowing relatives have the sympathy of all.
