George Wayne, the small son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Booth, who has been seriously ill at the T. C. Pepperd home for about a week, passed away at that place on Friday, September 5.At the time of his death George Wayne was eleven months and three weeks of age. He leaves to mourn his going his father, mother, two sisters, Florence and Helen, two brothers, Charles and John, an aged grandmother, one grandfather and a great number of other relatives, all of whom had learned to cherish and love him dearly during his short stay in this temporal world.
Funeral services were held at the Pepperd home on Sunday afternoon at three o'clock. Rev. Brown, pastor of the Methodist church at Coldwater, had charge of the services. Mr. and Mrs. Gurney Hadley sang. Pall bearers were Richard and Clifton Wood, Gerald Lott and Robert Booth.
Interment was in the Wilmore cemetery.
