Jasper Newton Raner, Jr was the son of Jasper Newton, Sr and Henrietta Davis Raner. He married first to Myrtle (Graves) Raner and had 3 daughters, Mildred, Nettie and Emma, the youngest being Emma Gertrude Raner, who died in infancy. He married second to Mabel Edith Raner.
