Sheriff's Sale Under Execution.

STATE OF KANSAS
Comanche County

D. T. McIntire, plaintiff vs. E. E. Miller, defendant.

By virtue of an execution of me directed and delivered, issued out of the office of the District Court of the State of Kansas, sitting in and for Comanche County, in said State, I will, on THE 18TH DAY OF JULY, A.D. 1887, between the hours of 10 o'clock, A.M. and 2 o'clock, P.M., of said day, at the west court house door in Coldwater, in the county and state aforesaid, offer at public sale and sell to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all the right, title and interest of the above named defendant in and to the following described real estate, to wit:

The east half of the northeast quarter of section 9 and northwest quarter of northwest quarter section 10 and southwest quarter of southwest quarter section 3, all in township 32 south, range 16 west.

Said property levied on and to be sold as the property of the above named defendant.

Sheriff's sale Under Order of Sale
State of Kansas, Comanche county,

O. J. Lewis, Plaintiff vs. Robert C. Palmer, Defendant.

By virtue of an order of sale to me directed and delivered, issued out of the office of the clerk of the District Court of the State of Kansas, sitting in and for Comanche county, in said state, I will, on the 4th Day of January, A. D. 1888, between the hours of 10 o'clock, a.m. and 4 o'clock, p.m., of said day, at the Court House door in Coldwater in the county and state aforesaid, offer at public sale and sell to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all the right, title and interest of the above named defendant in and to the following described city of Coldwater property to-wit:

Lot nine (9) in block one hundred and ten (110) with all the appurtenances thereon; this property is to be sold subject to a mortgage of $350.

Said property to be sold as the property of the above named defendant.

C. H. Volkman, Plaintiff, vs. Harvey Chaffen, Defendant.

By virtue of an execution to me directed and delivered, issued out of the 24th Judicial District court of the State of Kansas, sitting in and for Comanche county, in said state, I will, on the 13th Day of December, A. D., 1887, between the hours of 10 o'clock, a.m., and 4 o'clock, p.m., of said day, at the Court House door, in the county and state aforesaid, offer at public sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand all the right, title and interest of the above named defendant in and to the following described property to-wit:

Ten (10) head of hogs, four (4) cows and two (2) calves, one (1) stove, one (1) mower and rake, one (1) harrow, one (1) breaking plow and one (1) crowbar.

Sold property levied on and to be sold as the property of the above named defendant.
