Mrs. Alice Mae Grace, 91, died Saturday, November 25, 1972, at her home in Wilmore after a short illness.She was born December 25, 1880 in Missouri and was married to Jack Grace in Greensburg in 1914 (sic - his obituary gives 31 May 1917 as their wedding date).
She was a member of the Wilmore Methodist church.
Survivors are daughters: Mrs. Ardis White, Albany, Ga.; Mrs. Audrey Hall, Minneola; son, Jack, Leadville, Colo.; sister, Mrs. Ethel Trummel of Coldwater; seven grandchildren: Myrna Peck, Overland Park, Kans.; Elston Hall, Dallas, Texas, Jan Grace, Phoenix, Ariz., Annel Grace, Leadville, Colo., Teressa White, Albany, Ga., Andrea King and Barbara Cook, Florida; seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, November 29, 1972, at the Hatfield Funeral Home in Coldwater, Kans., with Rev. Sam Stanley officiating.
Pallbearers were Lester Trummel, Rod Baker, Fred Booth, John White, Ralph Ring and Glenn Redfield, Mrs. Ernestine Zeigler was organist.
Interment was in Wilmore cemetery, Wilmore, Kans.
