Mrs. Nettie Huck Dies in Denver, Colo.

Funeral services were held on Sunday, July 8, 1962, at 2:00 p.m. in the Coldwater Christian church for Mrs. Nettie Huck. Don Larkin, minister, officiated at the services.

Mrs. Roy Burkhall, pianist, accompanied LeeRoy Cline and Raymond Cline who sang "Nearer My God to Thee" and "God Be with You."

Pallbearers were Clarence Gillet, Paul Schmidt, Leslie Mills, John Hecht, Allen Cline and Toby Coles.

Interment was in the Crown Hill Cemetery, Coldwater, Kansas.

Obituary

Nettie Etta Carrie Huck, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Buckman was born March 19, 1894, at Joilet, Illinois. She came to Kansas as a small child.

Mrs. Huck became ill on Tuesday, July 3, and passed away July 4, 1962, at the Rocky Mountain Hospital in Denver, Colo., following a fatal heart attack. She had been visiting her daughter, Mrs. Roy Hecht, (Dorothy) at the time of her death.

On February 24, 1915, she was united in marriage to Jacob Huck of Coldwater. To this union four children were born; Marie Hale, Seattle, Wash., Ruth Brigham, Covina, Calif., Dorothy Hecht, Denver, Colo., and Monroe Huck now deceased.

She was baptized into the Christian church at Coldwater on April 21, 1935, and made her home in Coldwater until about seven years ago when she went to live with her daughter, Mrs. Bob Bingham, Covina, Calif.

Mrs. Huck was preceded in death by her husband in 1948, and one son. She leaves to mourn her passing three daughters; five sisters, Mrs. Hazel Wedel and Mrs. Dorothy Brazda of Larned, Mrs. Mary Ruby of Wichita, Mrs. Lorraine Heckman, Hastings, Nebr., and Mrs. Agnes Miller, Burditt, Kans.: three brothers, Fred, Bill and Lester Buckman; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
