More Volunteers for the Army and Navy

A naval recruiting party came to this city on Thursday of last week and remained until Sunday. While here eight more volunteers for the navy were secured, all of whom started eastward Sunday morning. They were: Everett Masten, S. A. Tracy, John Bratcher, Dewey Bullock, Hueston Cline, Harry Clark, Wm. Little and Billy Talley.

The total number of naval recruits from Coldwater in now 12, which is a larger quota than has gone from any other town in this part of the state, population considered. Protection has sent four.
